I am passionate about helping others reach their potential, in all realms of their lives. Whether you’re looking for advice on healthy eating, an exercise programme tailored to your needs, how to properly ensure you get better quality sleep and therefore more energy, or effective ways to relive stress, I can offer fully supported coaching courses, either online or in person.
An initial an in-depth consultation is followed by either 3, 5, 8 or 10 sessions (1 hour each) to guide you towards creating the life you deserve to live. Each person is completely unique, and this is represented by the special care and attention that is taken when planning each session. Continual support and regular check-ins via email, skype or a phone call are available, as well as guides and plans to follow between coaching sessions and therapies.
Modern scientific research, Ayurveda, nutritional therapy, functional movement, anatomy, mindfulness, meditation, aromatherapy, and many more components are included to give you a truly whole-istic guide to overall wellbeing.
