The Winter Support Package

4 months of 1-2-1 wellbeing coaching and lifestyle advice to help you through the Winter months. If you tend to feel low and lethargic during Winter, or if you notice your health and wellbeing require a boost during the darker months, this package is for you. 

Consisting of either in-person sessions or done entirely online, the Winter Support Package is tailored to suit your unique needs, and enhances the wellbeing of mind and body. I’ve brought together knowledge from extensive research and training in health and wellbeing, as well as experience of working with clients with many different needs, to create a package that I believe truly makes a difference. Throughout the 6 months, you’ll be guided and empowered to change how you feel during Winter, and notice a real difference in your overall wellbeing.

Combining the wellbeing coaching sessions, 1-2-1 yoga classes and everything else in your Winter Support Package means you’ll be saving at least £25 on every session, and at least 25% off all online classes. Due to the nature of this work, I have only 5 Winter Support Package spaces available, starting October 2020. Sign up opens August 1st.

What The In-Person Winter Support Package Includes

  • 6 wellbeing coaching sessions to explore and make positive changes to your lifestyle, diet, exercise, sleep and stress levels
  • A monthly plan to guide your exercise, nutritional and self-care choices
  • 5 online yoga sessions to keep and access any time, focussing on energy, relaxation, digestion, mood, and a go-to morning sequence.
  • 3 guided breathing techniques & meditations to keep and access any time, focussing on boosting energy, relaxation and developing a positive state of mind
  • A full-body deep tissue holistic massage once per month + personalised aromatherapy oil to take away
  • Recipes for Winter health, focussing on energy, mood and digestion + my recipe e-books for free

What The Online Winter Support Package Includes
