This course can be used as a way to enhance your own life and the lives of those around you, but is also fully accredited, so yoga teachers, therapists and coaches can use these techniques with their clients upon receiving their certification and insurance!

Throughout the course, you’ll gain a deep and useful understanding of Ayurveda, from its origins and classical methods, so how to use this knowledge in a very practical way in the modern world, as well as deepening your yoga practice and teaching ability. You’ll also be introduced to a number of healing modalities such as sound healing, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, restorative yoga, deep relaxation, herbology, and lifestyle coaching. By working with a case study over the four modules, you’ll be able to use what you learn straight away, and by applying the methods, you’ll have really lived the practices by the end of the course.

As well as Ayurveda and yoga, you’ll experience sessions with guest teachers in Chinese Medicine, Tai Chi, Mobility, Thai Yoga Massage, Meditation, and Breathwork, which all add to the abundance of tools in your holistic health kit. Each weekend includes yoga practice (both dynamic and restorative), meditation, lectures and discussions, personal enquiry, group work and practical work, guest sessions, as well as the new Shinrin Yoku or ‘forest bathing’ experiential session in module 2.

What some of our previous course students have said:

“I really loved the course. It was so full of information, and the manual is such a useful resource to keep returning to. I found the infusion of other holistic healing modalities with Ayurveda really great, and a reminder to always look at things from different angles. The course has been so helpful for me in my own journey, supporting my health and wellbeing, but also in helping me clarify how I want to work with clients and what it is I want to offer people. Thank you for all you put into it!”– Ellen Carr. Yoga, Ayurveda & Holistic Health Course Graduate

“Thank you very much for such a beautiful end to a life changing course. I’m not exaggerating! I feel like I’ve made some changes and moved forward in ways that are hard to describe in words”. – Cate Terry. Yoga, Ayurveda & Holistic Health Course Graduate.

“I love your style of yoga and I can’t believe how much knowledge you have. I feel I know 1% in comparison! It’s funny, when I did my first yoga teacher training, I thought I knew it all, 3 years later and I now know it’s just the tip of the iceberg. Love learning and glad I did this course”. – Kirsty. Yoga, Ayurveda & Holistic Health Course Graduate.

“Thanks again for leading such an amazing course, it’s definitely impacted my life in unexpected ways personally but also in my confidence in teaching and what I offer in class!” – Becca Lee. Yoga, Ayurveda & Holistic Health Course Graduate.
