An in-depth course for yoga, movement and meditation teachers as well as practitioners eager to take their understanding of holistic health further, this course dives into the fascinating and transformational world of yoga and Ayurveda, and how to use holistic wellbeing as a powerful tool to help both yourself and others.
Whether you want to teach your clients how to care for themselves by utilising natural Ayurvedic principles, lead workshops or classes inspired by holistic health, gather new ideas for your classes, or simply enhance your own life by applying these inspiring and transformational practices to everyday living, this course will help you more deeply understand yourself and the world around you. Comprising of four modules over four months, you’ll really be living the practices, therefore able to fully integrate them and learn what works for you and the people you may want to help.

Module subjects include ancient and modern yoga & Ayurveda and why they’re so relevant today, living seasonally, working with clients and your own conditions, yoga and meditation practices, specific sequencing for each Dosha, season & specific conditions, cooking and herbal health, circadian rhythms and mind-body medicine, and other practical and therapeutic techniques. You’ll also be given an in-depth manual with information and inspiration to keep. After graduation, you’ll be able to register with the accrediting body the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, and refer to yourself as being qualified in Yoga, Ayurveda & Holistic Therapy.
