1-2-1 Sessions: Whether you want to work on flexibility, strength, relieving pain, deepening your yoga practice, or anything else your body and mind needs, I taylor private sessions to suit what you’re looking for. Private sessions are £35 (click here for more information). Indo-Board Yoga 1-2-1 sessions are also available, and are a great (and fun!) way to build core strength, balance, and focus.

What to bring: Most studios are able to provide Yoga mats, and I am able to provide a few for my own private classes and my Monday evening class.
What to wear: Something comfortable that you can easily move in. Most people opt for leggings, tracksuit bottoms or shorts and a t-shirt or vest top. Socks and shoes aren’t needed. For hot classes, wear something you don’t mind sweating in, and ensure you’re well hydrated before and after class.
What to expect: It is always better to let go of expectations…. Turn up with an open mind and an open heart.
