Healing Green Juice
Makes 4 servings:
- 4 sticks celery
- 2 green apples
- Handful fresh parsley
- 1 green pepper
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- half a cucumber
- approximately 4 inches of fresh ginger

Healing Citrus Shots
Makes 4 servings:
- juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
- Cayenne pepper
- Approximately 4 inches of fresh ginger
- High quality manuka honey or raw honeyGood for: Bruises, detoxing, muscle and ligament healing, energy, immune boost, metabolism, digestion
How To:
Juice all ingredients and drink as soon as possible to obtain the most nutrients.
