Springtime Sustenance: Courgette ‘Spaghetti’ With Avocado-Matcha-Moringa Sauce

A totally raw, vegan superfood recipe, helping you to spring into action this season as the sunshine emerges! Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 courgettes, spiralised or cut into strips with a vegetable peeler
1 large avocado
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp moringa powder
Juice of half a fresh lime
large splash of non-dairy milk
Optional toppings: 
Green chillis or chilli flakes
Hemp seeds
Nutritional yeast flakes
How to:
Spiralise courgettes into two bowls
Place all other ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Pour over courgette
Top with chillis, hemp seeds or nutritional yeast flakes for a tasty vegan meal!
