IMG_1087This full day retreat of Yoga practice, meditation, pranayama, chanting, Karma Yoga, discussion and much more will give you an insight into the workings of a traditional

ashram experience. You will have the opportunity to learn in-depth about how Yoga practiced both on and off the mat can bring about profound benefits and changes to your life, as well as invaluable knowledge and practical exercises to take away. You will leave with the knowledge of how we can practice Karma Yoga in the modern world to bring benefit to yourself and others.

To optimise your day, you are encouraged to come with an open mind and heart; with aspirations and not expectations and in the spirit of service (karma yoga). If we have the intention and willingness to give ourselves this way then a door can open through which we can naturally receive on a deeper level whatever we need for our ongoing spiritual evolution and awakening.

Included: All yoga and meditation practices, materials to take away, breakfast, lunch, tea and healthy snacks

  • Please bring with you any required daily medicines (including inhalers etc)

  • Meditation shawls and blankets are also provided, but you may wish to bring your own
