Even as life starts getting busier, it’s more important than ever to schedule in some you-time. A morning yoga practice is a great way to re-set and rebalance your circadian rhythms (the sleep / wake cycle), boost circulation, enhance digestion and metabolism, improve the health of the lymphatic system, and is a powerful way to reduce stress and anxiety. There are lots of live online classes available throughout the week (and it’s so great to see lots of you there!) but if you only have 15 minutes, this is a go-to practice for energising the body and mind, building a little strength and starting the day well.
